Coworking

Capital Factory's Mission Control on 1 is staffed 8:45 AM-5:00 PM on weekdays.

However, you can cowork 24/7 on the 5th, 8th, and 16th floors with your access card!

Elevator Access Hours

Secured-Hours: 5:00AM-9:00PM you will need your access card to unlock the elevator.

Locked-Hours: 9:00PM-5:00AM you will need to check in with the security desk for access to the floors.

Security will require you to show both your elevator card and a physical ID that matches when checking in.

Please note, only members are allowed access between 9:00PM-5:00AM, no guests are allowed during this time.

Internal locked doors

1st Floor: Voltron (accessible to members from 9am - 4pm M-F).

5th Floor: R2-D2 (left wing in game room) / C3PO (left wing) / BB8 (right wing).

8th Floor: No member doors- See front desk for access to our Media Studio!

16th Floor: Birdie (left entrance) / Bats (right entrance) / Lone Star (right wing to ACL door).

Please note, only members are allowed access between 9:00PM-5:00AM- no guests are allowed during this time.

Tip: Reserve conference rooms and find all details about their size, amenities, and availability on The Member Portal.

Tip: Features a ping pong table, Wii, and more! Come take a break and network with fellow coworkers here.

Tip: No reservation needed! Just pop in and use them for quick phone/ video calls. Only located on the 8th & 16th floors.

Pet Policy

No pets are allowed in the space unless they are documented service animals performing a function.

If you do have a service animal, you must use the freight elevator located behind the security desk.

To request access from security to use the freight, email community@capitalfactory.com.

Please note: an emotional support animal does not qualify as a service animal.

Guest policy

Guests are welcome during Business/Secured Hours (5am-9pm), but not overnight (9pm-5am). You are responsible for helping your guest access the space (Ie. elevators & locked doors) and for any actions they take while at CF.

Guest cannot be left alone in the space! This means that they cannot use your card to get around with out you. If they are spotted working alone, we will ask them to find you to continue working or purchase a day pass to work in Voltron.

If you plan to have the same guest for more than 3 days, please reach out to community@capitalfactory.com to let us know. Anything longer than 5 business days will require the purchase of an additional membership.
