Srednja Turisticka Skola Novi Beograd

GENERAL

High School of Tourism will celebrate its 50th anniversary next year. is one of the most popular schools in Belgrade since the tourism industry is developing very fast and this European city has become one of the top new destinations in Europe. More than 800 students, age 15 to 19, of travel and tourism, hospitality, and gastronomy are taught by 100 teachers. The school participated in many projects: Skiils@Work partnership with the UK, Kultur Kontakt from Austria, Italy, Hungary, Sweden etc. Our main goal to participate in Erasmus+ projects is because European partnerships give us the opportunity to make a network with a wide range of teachers and colleges, share valuable knowledge, skills, and share the same European heritage. Some of our students find a job after school, some go to university to specialize, but many also change their field of studies trying to find new options for employment. Our goal is to help students to gain skills and competencies through this project to become more confident and knowledgeable to start their own business to envisage the real idea of entrepreneurship and become successful working people, "European citizens" who can get employed anywhere in Europe.
