Parent Portal is for parents/guardians to see specific information about their child(ren). This includes:

• Contacts

• Schedule

• Attendance

• Discipline referrals

• Grades (only available for students in grades 6-12)

How can I get a Parent Portal Account?

How can my child access Parent Portal to chceck their grades?

This feature is only available for students in grades 6-12. To gain access, your child can login to Parent Portal here. Their login information is the same as their Chromebook login:

What is my child's log in information?

Your child's first name INITIAL followed by the entire LAST NAME with @canastotacsd.org

Example: Full name is John Testimony

Login: jtestimony@canastotacsd.org

What is my child's password?

Your child's first four (4) letters of their last name starting with a CAPITAL followed by their 4-digit lunch PIN

Example: Full name is John Testimony

Password: Test1234

Is there an app for parent Portal?

Yes! Click for iTunes and for Android devices. Once the app is downloaded, enter the following URL https://schooltool.canastotacsd.org/schooltoolweb/. Your username and password are the same as those used on the Parent Portal website.
