We believe in the power of asking our students about their experience. Our goal is to interview each senior, each year, and learn from them.
Senior Exit Interview Training
Why do we do this?
We want students to know we care about their thoughts and that we truly want to listen to them. This is first and foremost to anything. Students are just finishing up senior projects, on the eve of their graduation, so we want to make sure this is a positive experience for them. We want them to walk away feeling heard.
Outcomes:
- Listen to each senior
- Gather feedback - what worked for students? What can we do better?
- Build a team of staff that engage with our seniors
- Celebrate and reinforce success
- Look for entry points for growth
