Equity. GOALS
Inclusion. To realize equity we need to develop and sustain an inclusive community built on belonging and dignity.
PM 1 - inclusion data/benchmark connected to inclusionary practice work
PM 2 - the percent of students on IEPs in LRE 1 (80-100 in general classes) increase from 65% to 75% (7 percentage points above state average now)
Access. Each child receives what he or she needs to develop to his or her full academic and social potential.
PM 1 - math detracking; course taking analysis and action steps
PM 2- IEP Goals are written as standards based goals/ SDI is implemented in Gen. ed classroom (Goal Book implementation indicator?)
PM 3 - Students have access to tools to access online and electronic resources
Antiracism. We embrace an antiracism stance in consideration of the structures, practices, and systems that support students.
PM 1 - Establish a scope and sequence for SEL curriculum across our K12 system.
PM 2 - Each staff member’s evaluation cycle includes setting equity learning and performance goals specific to their role in the organization (student growth?) (# of staff with appropriate goals)
PM 3 - Each school building and district department set equity-specific learning goals and outcomes related to the district vision (# of departments/schools with appropriate goals)
PM 4 - Each staff member utilizes an equity lens when making decisions and designing learning spaces and experiences (agendas/minutes reflecting use of the equity lens)
