  • Trust. Establish trust through effective stewardship and intentional, transparent communication that defines the optimal use of district resources and creative solutions.

    • PM 1 - Launch a new webpage dedicated to school district finances, providing stakeholders with up to date financial information and the user interface to obtain information more readily.

    • PM 2 - Engage stakeholders in important issues.

    • PM 3 - Disclose resources used in support of strategic initiatives within financial reports and web based interfaces.

    • PM 4 - Seek efficiencies and process improvements that maximize district resources; identify pilots, report outcomes and next steps

    • PM 1 - develop an innovative vision for how to use time and space to support student engagement in the future; each graduate successfully completes a remote learning experience.

    • PM 2 - develop the next phase of our campus use vision including utilization of the UL campus
