The Ketteman Family

This month, I had the wonderful privilege of speaking with Jane Ketteman, a 9th grade student here at CPA. She and her family moved to Tokyo, Japan 2 ½ years ago to plant churches with an organization called International Missions (IM). Originally from Tennessee, it was at first a hard adjustment for Jane and her siblings. They did not know how to fit in, how to start learning the language, and so on. But they did it with God's grace and a lot of patience. “It's not just my parents who are missionaries, but me as well,” Jane said during our interview. The church runs a few different ministries, and Jane helps where she can whether that be with music, children's ministry, cleaning up, or with some outreach programs. Currently, the Kettemans are back in the states fundraising to go back to their new home in Japan. They plan to go back in the summer of 2022, so please pray that they can get the fundraising they need to go back to their church.
