As Jill Maddison has put in The Win Column, We are now getting between 8-10 clients at our open door sessions in Bargoed on Wednesdays.
Two to three volunteers run the sessions, one of whom is Steve Gamlin (left).
As well as providing a face to face service to clients, the volunteers are also providing a phone and webchat service.

Run as a test 'open door' session, we didn't publicise but left the doors open for any potential clients who may call in on the off chance.
The Bargoed office has been taking names and contact details for callers to Church Place for some time, but with the understanding the client would get a phonecall to discuss their issues.
Advice Service Supervisor, Jill Maddison (who's reflection you see if the beautifully clean window) said: "It was fantastic for the clients and our volunteers to be able to speak in person. Most of our current volunteers joined in lockdown, so this was a new experience for them."
