Citizens Advice Caerphilly Blaenau Gwent is the largest Citizens Advice in the network of charities in Wales.

We are one of the largest Citizens Advice Services in the UK

We provide independent confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. When we say we’re for everyone, we mean it. People rely on us because we’re independent and totally impartial.

Our trained employees and volunteers provide a wide range of services across Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent.

We use a number of digital channels to deliver advice. Clients can speak to us via Zoom and Attend Anywhere.

We have 50 staff and 15 volunteers working from our Head Office in Bargoed and over 150 staff working from our Contact Centre in Caerphilly.
