The EA Sectoral Support team works closely with the Council for Integrated Education and the Integrated Education Fund to maximise effective support for schools considering Transformation to Integrated status.
At different stages in the Transformation process schools can expect one or other body to take the lead role but there will also be occasions when officers will jointly present or co-deliver aspects of support.
In addition, schools can avail of support available from the Controlled Schools Support Council (CSSC) through the opportunities available in the CSSC Ethos and Leadership programme.
The primary role of the EA Sectoral Support team is to lead schools in the development and delivery of the Transformation Plan – the school’s individual road map for Integration.
A short overview of the Transformation Process is provided in the narrated powerpoint.
