Avocado toast is delicious any way you make it. Add some lox or a fried egg and you have a tasty breakfast.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Avocado
Salt to taste
Pinch of Paprika
Juice of half of a lemon
Bread of your choice
One egg
DIRECTIONS:
Cut avocado and place in bowl and mash.
Add juice of half a lemon and salt to taste into avocado.
Slice two slices of bread of your choice and toast until golden brown.
Take out bread from toaster and place on plate.
Spoon out avocado from bowl and spread it around the toast.
Lastly, take paprika (is you would like) and sprinkle on toast.
Serve with a egg cooked to your liking (scrambled egg, over easy, etc.) Place on top of avocado and enjoy!
