Evaluation and Goals

After being at Brigham Young University of Idaho since 2018, I have had the opportunity to receive many evaluations from my peers and from professors at the university. Linked here are the different evaluations from each of my practicum classes, including an evaluation from Literacy Practicum, an evaluation from Middle School Practicum, and an evaluation from Senior Practicum. Also within this folder are my Personal Learning Goals that were made September of 2021, at the start of my Senior Practicum class.

I did receive an evaluation from participating in the Early Field Practicum in early 2019, however, I was unable to obtain a copy of that evaluation. I asked the Education department, who searched my records, however couldn't find it. They then referred me to my professor, and after asking them, we still could not find my evaluation. I remember receiving a physical copy of the evaluation when I first taught my lesson, however, after digging and searching through my own personal paper, I still could not find it. To my best efforts, I do not have my early field evaluation available.
