DREAMS Peer Tutoring: Byron Primary and Intermediate School
Peer tutoring is an after school program, where older students volunteer their time and talent to help younger students achieve academic success under the supervision of teachers. The students and teachers would love to have you join us! For more information click here.
Summer 2020 College, Career & Enrichment Opportunities
Summer is a great opportunity to do college and career exploration. The counseling office has compiled a list of opportunities for you to consider - most of which are no or low cost and offered virtually. Minnesota Reading Corps and Math Corps:
Open to high school graduates, these two AmeriCorps programs will place college and high school graduates in Byron Public Elementary Schools and Preschool (and throughout the state of MN), serving as either math or literacy tutors. Training is provided and there is part-time and full-time opportunities. You can earn a bi-weekly allowance and an education award up to $5,818.
