About 3M Moves
In its nineth year, 3M Moves (previously known as 3M Step-Up Challenge @ South East) remains as a joint effort between 3M Singapore and South East Community Development Council (CDC).
This campaign encourages residents, students and corporates to keep fit through various forms of exercises while lending a helping hand to the needy at the same time.
This year, we aim to accumulate 7,000 hours of exercise from 2 August to 11 October 2021 to raise 3M stationery for 3,000 students in need.
How does 3M Moves work?
From 2 August to 11 October, participants can contribute by organizing their own exercises * or by joining the virtual workout sessions conducted by fitness professionals.
For every 20 minutes of exercise clocked by each participant, 3M Singapore will donate one stationery to the beneficiaries.

Classes will create their own workout that targets the following, and with different levels of difficulty (Easy, Intermediate and Advanced):
The Upper Body
Core
Lower Body
Total Body etc.
This is how you can submit your contributions:
Click on the respective form link or Scan the QRcode for the class you wish to support. (Teachers are strongly encouraged to support classes that they teach!)
Select the exercise you wish to do.
You have the autonomy to select the format it can be carried out in terms of:
Difficulty (Easy, Intermediate, Advanced)
Perform all 4 groups to contribute 2 minutes per set.
You can submit more than 1 set in each submission, just indicate it under the "number of sets" field.
No contribution is too small as together, we can accumulate our effort and benefit the needy!
