Lesson Spotlight: I can "put myself in someone else's shoes"
In 3rd grade, "putting yourself in someone else's shoes" transitions from a simple concept to a functional social tool. At this stage, children are moving into the Self-Reflective Perspective-Taking stage, where they can finally imagine their own thoughts and actions from another person's point of view.

There are things UPstanders can do to help stop bullying.
UPstanders can also refust to let bullying happen.
