2020 Cross Country Season is Aug. 12 through Oct. 17. Daily self-screening assessment is required to participate in all practices & meets.

One the fundamentals of our training system is improving the neuromuscular system. This week especially, you should be focusing on that. One of the best ways we can accomplish that is to use resistance bands. We have a specific setup that we are fond of. Reach out to me if you don't have one. You can borrow a set, or buy one for $20.
