Strava/Garmin Connect

A fun way we can stay connected is through Strava and Garmin. They are particularly easy to use if you have a gps watch. We have groups on both:

Resistance Bands

One the fundamentals of our training system is improving the neuromuscular system. This week especially, you should be focusing on that. One of the best ways we can accomplish that is to use resistance bands. We have a specific setup that we are fond of. Reach out to me if you don't have one. You can borrow a set, or buy one for $20.
