The one-line BuzzFeed Inc. wordmark logo should be used whenever representation of our main brand is required.
At sizes smaller than 1.5" or 450 px in width, the main wordmark without the registered trademark symbol may be used.
The BuzzFeed Inc. badge may serve as a stand-in for the brand for avatars. The wordmark should remain the primary representation of BuzzFeed Inc.'s brand in logo lock-ups.
Knocked-out, single color logos in black or white are permitted for use when the composition (digital or print) requires fewer colors, or our logo will be placed alongside multiple other logos. Use the default color logos for light and dark backgrounds in all other situations.

BuzzFeed Inc. uses Proxima Nova as its main brand font across all media. Different weights of Proxima Nova are encouraged to create hierarchy in type treatments.
Proxima Nova should be the primary font for all BuzzFeed Inc.-branded applications. Secondary fonts are allowed to be used in conjunction with Proxima Nova to add contrast and hierarchy. Secondary fonts should not be overly similar to Proxima Nova, and reinforce the BuzzFeed Inc. brand philosophy. (No cursive, hand-drawn, or blackletter fonts.)
Below is a recommended supplementary font for BuzzFeed Inc. branding. Multiple weights may be used to create contrast and hierarchy.
BuzzFeed Inc.’s brand patterns are created from applications of our established graphic elements. They uphold the tenets of our design philosophy—boldness, movement, and past influences made new—and are versatile in both style and practical use.
