If you are presented this form from the Listing Agent you can add in a "Read Only" field via Digisign for "Buyer's M-1 Approval" and have them resign for Approval.
NOTE: Check with seller if there are any HOA & CC&Rs. If not, you may NA in Skyslope.
Only need to get this signed if your representing the Buyer.
