Rationale 

The GABAY (Guidance and Assistance for the Betterment and Advancement of Youth and Teachers) extension program is designed to support the educational and professional development, and holistic growth of learners and teachers. Recognizing the crucial role that teachers play in shaping future generations, this program aims to provide comprehensive guidance, resources, and mentorship to educators at various stages of their careers. Simultaneously, it seeks to empower youth with the necessary skills, knowledge, and support to excel academically and personally. By fostering a collaborative and supportive environment, the GABAY extension program strives to build a strong foundation for lifelong learning and success.

Objectives 

• Provide Comprehensive Guidance: To offer structured guidance and support to secondary learners, helping them navigate their educational and professional journeys. 

• Enhance Educational Practices: To improve the quality of education by equipping teachers with innovative teaching strategies and best practices that can be applied in the classroom.
