To skip slides in Google Slides during a presentation:
Start the presentation by clicking on the "Present" button in the top right corner of the screen.
During the presentation, use the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate between slides.
To skip a slide, simply press the right arrow key to go to the next slide.
Note: If you have set the slides to advance automatically, you can still skip slides by clicking on the slide you want to go to in the slide thumbnails on the left-side panel. You can also use the search bar at the top of the left-side panel to find and go to a specific slide.
To write speaker notes in Google Slides:
Click on the "Notes" option in the bottom of the screen.
A text box will appear where you can enter your speaker notes.
Type in your notes.
Repeat the process for each slide that requires speaker notes.
Note: Speaker notes are not visible during the presentation but are visible in the "Notes" view and can be printed out if needed. To access the speaker notes during the presentation, click on the "Present" button in the top right corner of the screen and then click on the "Notes" button in the bottom right corner. To exit the speaker notes view, click the "Back to presentation" button in the top left corner of the screen.
To use the speaker Q&A feature in Google Slides:
Start the presentation by clicking on the "Present" button in the top right corner of the screen.
During the presentation, click on the "Q&A" button in the top right corner of the screen.
A Q&A panel will open on the right side of the screen, allowing attendees to submit questions.
To answer a question, click on it in the Q&A panel and type in your answer.
The answer will be displayed in the Q&A panel for all attendees to see.
Note: The speaker Q&A feature is only available in a presentation using the "Present" mode and requires an internet connection. Attendees can submit questions anonymously or with their name. The speaker can mark a question as answered, delete a question, or dismiss the Q&A panel. The Q&A panel can be closed and reopened during the presentation.
