My name is Phoebe Coppola and am currently a junior here at Bucknell pursuing a BS in biology. I have never conducted research before so I am very excited to be working in Dr. Takahashi’s lab! Although I don’t think I will be pursuing ecology and conservation of amphibians in my professional life, as my passion lies in health care, I am eager to learn and expand my knowledge.
On campus, I work at the Bucknell Student Calling Program as a Monitor, member of College Democrats, Colleges Against Cancer, Pre-Health Society, E-Nable, and Alpha Chi Omega Sorority. I love traveling, politics, social activism, and volunteering and hope to continue and possibly incorporate these passions into my future career.
My hope is to attend medical school after graduation or if not, pursue another profession in the medical field, but I am also open to various other disciplines!
