INGREDIENTS
1 can coconut cream (without guar gum)
40g powdered sugarĀ
10g cocoa powder (optional)
ITEMS NEEDED
Refrigerator
Bowl
Hand mixer or blender or food processor
Silicon molds*
Freezer
After letting the coconut cream sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 days, scoop the solids into a bowl. (Do not trash the liquid! It can be used in smoothies or to make a filling for a pastry, or in any recipe that calls for milk!)
Beat the coconut solids with a hand mixer (or blender or food processor) until smooth (a few chunks are okay), and add sugar and cocoa powder if using
Beat until combined
After it is combined, using a spoon place it into small silicon molds and place into the freezer until you are ready to eat them!

*You can also use an ice cube tray, muffin shapes or anything similar to portion it out.
