INGREDIENTS

Heavy whipping cream

Salt (to taste)

ITEMS NEEDED

A jar with a lid

A clean rock, marble or button*

Fill about one third of the jar with heavy whipping cream
Put the marbles in and screw the lid on tightly
Shake the jar energetically until you can't hear the marbles shaking inside the jar
When you stop hearing the marbles shakeing shake for 5-10 minutes, or until the cream becomes butter
Open the jar and take the marbles out
Add in the salt
ENJOY!!!

YOU CAN ALSO MAKE BUTTER WITHOUT A MARBLE

You can also make butter without a marble but shakeing the will take longer. You can use three small marbles, rocks or buttons to make the procoss faster.
