Notes
You may also add sugar to taste, but the more sugar you add the more it will be like a dessert not a meal.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
3 to 4 bananas (the riper, the better)
2 eggs
⅓ cup oil
½ cup nuts of choice (optional)
½ cup chocolate chips
ITEMS NEEDED
2 bowls
Potatoes
9”x 10” loaf tin
First, add the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
Mix in a bowl.
Next, in a different bowl, add the bananas (peel them first).
Mash them with a potato masher or fork.
Now, add both of the eggs, and the oil.
Mix thoroughly.
Then, add the dry ingredients to the bananas, eggs, and oil.
Next, add the nuts and the chocolate chips.
Pour in a well greased 9”x 10” loaf tin or in muffin cups.
Bake at 350 F.
For the loaf, bake for about 1 hour. For the muffins, bake for about half an hour.
