INGREDIENTS
1 cup quinoa
2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil
2 to 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Vegetables of your choice
ITEMS NEEDED
Frying pan
Large bowl
Plate
Mix the quinoa, water, and salt in a pot.
Cook until water is absorbed and the quinoa is tender.
Wait two to four minutes for it to cool.
Pour on the vinegar and olive oil.
Chop the vegetables into equal sized pieces and mix them in.
