Hello! 
I'm Carmella Saffron, and I love to prepare food, from Thanksgiving mashed potatoes and pie to Summer ice cream sandwiches. This site is still a work in progress, so not all of my recipies are included yet. All of the recipies I added in this site are original recipies, and if you have an original recipe, I'd love for you to send it to me. Scroll down for the Submit-a-recipe button.

What do those labels mean?

This site includes scrumptious desserts, easy-to-make sides, fun snacks, and wonderful meals, all of which are healthy! Some of them have "Easy", "Medium", or "Hard" written on them. This rates how difficult this recipe is. If you disagree, you can write me a message in the Questions, Comments, Corrections & Suggestions area.

Below the difficulty labels, there will often be a label saying, "Sweet" or "Vegetarian" or "5-Star" or "Gluten-Free". If something says, "5-Star", that means that it's rated 5 stars--in other words, it's rated very good by people who've tasted it, and that it's useful in more than one way.

In areas that the food doesn't contain meat, there won't be a label saying "Vegetarian". However, if a food in such an area does contain meat, I will label it as, "Contains meat," A food may have a "Not tested" label if it hasn't been tested by me but seems safe. Report any harmful foods in the Questions, Comments, Corrections & Suggestions area.

A food may have a few comments next to it, such as "Great to eat when camping" or "Easy to make". You can submit things to write in the Questions, Comments, Corrections & Suggestions area. I will only put them up if they are helpful comments.
