Sweep the floor at least once. Starting in High traffic areas and working out towards the coving and along the outer perimeter.Sweep under all heavy appliances and dispose of all debris.
Drop wet floor signs near all entrances and walk ways.
Pour warm floor cleaner from WAXIE machine into a bucket and using a deck brush being scrubbing in a circular motion obvious problem areas.
Fill mop bucket with HOT soapy Waxie Product water (or floor cleaner detergent) , scrubbing where necessary, change water in mop bucket as necessary. Dunk mop into solution and wring the mop head so that it is damp.
Start in a corner and work your way to the entrance of the room so that you do not step over the wet floors.
For heavily soiled floors, it is recommended that you use a deck scrubbing brush to loosen up the buildup.
Rinse with clean, HOT, water, changing mop bucket probably twice as often as with soapy water. Empty mop bucket and rinse thoroughly with clean, HOT water, changing mop bucket probably twice as often as with soapy water. Do not leave standing water in the bucket. Rinse mop head with hot water and cleaning solution and stand mop-head up to dry in a well-ventilated area.
Rinse again with chlorine/Quat sanitizer USING sanitizer mop, NOT the cleaning mop!
Allow to air dry, and admire how smooth and clean the floor is.
Do not use degreaser on hardwood floors. Wood oil soap is not recommended for hardwood either. Recommended solutions for hardwood floors include: Waxie Neutral Cleaner (use solution station to dispense) and Waxie Ultra Clean Hardwood Floor Cleaner (dilute manually with water).
