The nexgen dispenser has 4 slots for concentrate bottles. There is a mop bucket fill option (left side) and a bottle fill option (right side). The bottom right bottle cannot be dispensed into a mop bucket so make sure to put a concentrate that is not used for mopping there. The concentrate bottles have metered tips so the chemicals will dilute at the proper concentration through the dispenser on their own.
To fill mop bucket:
1 Turn bucket fill knob (left side) so that the green arrow matches the direction of the arrow for the product you would like to dispense (must be the degreaser or neutral cleaner for mopping, disinfectant can be used for mopping bathrooms).
2 The easy-touch locking button on the fill gun operates like a switch. A straight push instantly activates the valve for intermittent feed. A slight push up locks the button in place for bucket fill.
3 A slight push up will lock the Nozzle can rest on mop bucket while filling.
4 Turn off faucet when finished.
To fill trigger bottle:
1 Turn bottle fill knob (right side) so that the green arrow matches the direction of the arrow for the product you would like to dispense.
2 Insert spray bottle over the fill tube and push in the actuator arm to start the dispensing process, much like how you would operate a soda fountain.
3 Turn off faucet when finished.
4 Turn off faucet when finished.
To run water through the fill gun:
1 Turn bucket fill knob so that the green arrow points toward the water droplet symbol.
2 Aim the fill gun and push button as instructed in bucket fill instructions above.
3 Turn off faucet when finished.
The FDC dispenser holds one concentrate bottle at a time. There is a bottle fill option and a bucket fill option. The concentrate bottles have metered tips so the chemicals will dilute at the proper concentration through the dispenser on their own. The FDC does not have a key. Ideally, bottle-filling will be assigned as a separate workshift. All workshifters should be trained on operating the dispenser.
To fill mop bucket:
1 Push the concentrate bottle in until the docking station engages the bottle. The docking station will lock the bottle in place when it is fully engaged.
2 Squeeze the trigger on the fill gun and release when finished. For continuous flow, keep the trigger depressed and slide the button over. When finished, depress the trigger to disengage continuous flow.
3 Turn off faucet when finished.
To fill trigger bottle:
1 Push the concentrate bottle in until the docking station engages the bottle. The docking station will lock the bottle in place when it is fully engaged.
2 Push the bottle up until the lever activates the valve. Once you are finished, lower the bottle until the lever falls and deactivates the valve.
3 Turn off faucet when finished.
To run water through fill gun:
1 Remove concentrate bottle from docking station.
2 Operate fill gun as instructed in bucket fill instructions above.
