Fill 3 part sink with proper cleaning agent up to designated marking.
Scrape away any excess food debris into a compost bin.
Scrub with sponge or scrubbing in soapy water
Place dishes in “rinse station” of 3 part sink. Allow to soak for up to one minute. Then, load dishes onto dish rack.
When dish rack full, load into the machine and run.
Put all dishes in their designated areas
Clean Sink using sponge and hot water. Refill Dish Bins with hot soapy water to prepare for the next round of dirty dishes and utensils.
