Cleaning and Sanitizing Surfaces

General Surfaces:

1. Remove dishes, trash, and other junk from surface.
2. Use a sponge or paper towel and clean using a general purpose cleaner. For kitchen food prep surfaces, you may use detergent solution from the pots sink and rinse with water.

For kitchen and dining room surfaces:

After cleaning, apply sanitizer solution and allow it to dwell on surface for two minutes. You may use Sani-Quat sanitizer from the pots sink or 910 sanitizer from the Waxie solution station.

For all other surfaces:

After cleaning, apply Waxie 700 Disinfectant using a sponge or paper towel and allow it to dwell on surface for 10 minutes. Wipe away excess with a paper towel.
