Google slides is a presentation creation software similar to PowerPoint. However, when you consider the collaboration abilities it makes it much easier to work on group presentations.

Using a PowerPoint File in Google Sheets

• To prevent duplicate documents, once you upload the PowerPoint file into your Google Drive, right click on the file and say 'Open with Slides'

• This will automatically convert the PowerPoint file to a Google Slides file.
