8th Grade A Capella Choir

8th Grade A Capella is a co-curricular ensemble designed to allow our vocal performing artists the opportunity to explore a cappella singing/repertoire. This is an auditioned ensemble and will be capped at 24 students. Students who audition must be members in good standing in a BJH concert choir to participate. This ensemble will perform at 2 concerts per year and also through invitation at community events. 

School Cancellation/Delay Policy for Extra-Curricular Ensembles:

• Rehearsals are only held on days where school is in session.  If school is cancelled, all rehearsals are cancelled.

• If school is delayed, we will delay the start of the ensemble rehearsal.  

• We ask that students attend if they can get here safely and have a ride. Please make the choice that is best for your situation!
