As part of the TEA’s initiatives to engage teachers across the state and develop their leadership, we established the Teacher Leadership Fellowship. We are reaching out today to especially invite your teachers to apply for the 25-26 Teacher Leadership Fellowship Cohort. Our program would benefit from the leadership, commitment and perspective the teachers of your district bring.
Below you will find a brief description of this program that we would love for you to share with your teachers. Also attached there is a one-pager with information about the Fellowship. While the application does not open until January 21st the teachers at your district, who are interested in applying, can complete an interest form and join us for an Informational Session on January 14th, 5-6pm, via ZOOM. This first informational meeting is specially for teachers in districts like yours, as we are seeking great teachers. We want your teachers to get an early start to the application process.
Thank you for the support and let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to meeting many of your teachers on January 14th. Let me know if you have any questions.
