✅ Step 2: Return All District Property
Technology Equipment – Collected by CSC Team
A designated team from the Central Support Center (CSC) will begin visiting campuses starting on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, to collect all district-issued technology.
Items to return include but not limited to:
-Laptop/iPad/Chromebook
-Chargers and accessories
📌 Do not leave technology with front office staff or another employee. Only CSC staff are authorized to accept returns of district technology.
All Other Items – Collected by Campus Administration
Return all other school-owned materials to your campus administrator, such as:
-Keys or badges
-Textbooks or curriculum materials
-Uniforms, radios, or equipment assigned to your position
-Library books or media center materials
✅ Step 3: Obtain Required Signatures
Use the Exit Form to collect signatures from:
-Campus Administrator
-Technology Department (CSC)
✅ Step 4: Submit the Completed Exit Form
You will not be released from duty on Friday, May 30, 2025, until the Exit Form is complete with all required signatures.
Submit your completed form to your campus principal or designated office staff for verification.
