• Eye Protection: Even in a no-tech space, "flying debris" happens when snapping popsicle sticks or cutting wire. Wear safety glasses in the cutting station.

• The "Clean-As-You-Go" Policy: A messy floor is a trip hazard. Deposit anything that can not be upcycled into the appropriate bin: trash or recycle.

• Posture and Ergonomics: Sit properly so you aren't straining your backs or necks while sewing or crafting.

• Material Handling: Carry long items (dowel rods, PVC pipes) vertically to avoid hitting others.
