🛠 The Cutting Station (X-Acto Knives & Utility Blades)

• The "Blood Bubble" Rule: Before cutting, students must extend their arms to ensure no one else is within their immediate circle.

• The Ruler Guide: Always use a metal safety ruler to guide the blade. Keep fingers tucked away from the edge (make a "spider" hand, not flat fingers).

• Direction: Always cut away from your body. Never pull the blade toward your chest.

• Storage: Blades must be retracted or capped immediately after use. Never leave an open blade on the table.
