We believe that meaningful engagement is at the heart of a thriving digital community. Whether it's listening to feedback, co-creating solutions, or empowering users to shape their digital experience, engagement helps us build services that truly meet the needs of our students and staff.
It’s not just about communication, it’s about collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. By actively involving our community, we ensure that the digital environment we are creating and managing remains relevant, responsive, and impactful.
At this year's Freshers Fair we gave students the chance to spin our digital wheel of fortune to win a host of useful IT related prizes (and some sweets for the less lucky). Whilst students waited, they provided their views on important digital topics, such as Gen AI, and gave us feedback on how we are currently delivering our services.
Keep an eye out for our stands at future University events.
Oxford Brookes engaged Nous Group to develop the Digital Strategy. They had a clear directive to work in partnership with the University’s community to ensure that the end result would be meaningful and focused on their needs.
The Digital Summit informed the development of our Digital Strategy
Our IT projects always involve internal stakeholders being part of the Project Panel. This ensures:
we do not develop in isolation,
the products being delivered are focused on delivering value to our 'Brookes' community.
