We welcome everyone to join for all or part of the weekend, including day-only visits!
This year, we're moving to a simplified registration and price structure without a separate day camping rate. There is a standard price per attendee and an opportunity to select direct certification, an equity price option, when completing the registration form.
The equity price option is reserved for families with students that qualify for direct certification, defined by PPS: Federal Poverty Level of 130% or below; SNAP recipient; TANF recipient; Migrant ED; McKinney Vento; and/or Foster Care.
Additional financial assistance is available by request and for hardship cases, based on the availability of funds. Email ptaasco@bridgercreativescience.org for more information.
If you are requesting financial assistance, please do that before you submit your payment.
Standard price per person:
Adults - (9th grade and up) = $90
Youth - (K thru 8th grade) = $70
Child - (4 yrs and under) = Free
Meals included: Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner, and Sunday Brunch.

The ASCO planning team is committed to being transparent and clear about important dates and expectations to meet the needs of attending families, community volunteers, and Camp Cedar Ridge.
Registration & Payment Period - Opens on March 21st and closes on May 10th.
Housing and volunteering job assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. When registering, you will see a list of remaining available accommodations and open volunteering jobs.
If your preferred housing or job role is no longer available, you will need to select from the remaining options.
Early registration is strongly recommended as we anticipate reaching capacity.
Payment in full must be received on or before May 10th.
Those paying by check must drop off their check made out to: Bridger Creative Science School PTA in the PTA mailbox within the school's office.
Changes to Registration - Accepted until May 10th at 12:00 PM.
Changes may include adding or removing family members, receiving a full refund if unable to attend, updating housing preferences, or other updates to registration details. With over 450 participants, last-minute changes are challenging to manage, so timely updates are appreciated.
Waitlist - If space becomes available, spots will be offered to families on the waitlist. Once notified, you must register and pay within 48 hours. If we do not hear from you within that timeframe, we will offer the spot to the next family on the list.
