What attracted me most about this house was it's dual-fuel furnace, wood, and oil. The surrounding 14 acres were wooded and needed regular upkeep in tree removal and pruning.
My goal was to burn no oil. An added benefit: no gym membership needed.
There was always a big old tree or two that would be wind-blown or just plain dead. These are too dangerous to leave alone and even more dangerous to cut down.
