Cheer

This cheerleading course trains participants in most aspects of cheerleading and prepares the squad to cheer and support a multitude of campus events such as girl’s and boy’s athletics, pep rallies, and other activities. Emphasis is placed on promoting positive school spirit, strong leadership skills, safety, flexibility, as well as proper cheer techniques. Students are required to attend summer camp, and participate at selected outside of school events (i.e. football, basketball, volleyball). Dance performances may be required in venues after school. Each student must have a physical on file and complete Rank 1 on the computer. 

Note: Cheer gear and a uniform is required. Payment must be made when placing your cheer uniform order.  If the cost for this class poses an issue, please let the coach know.
