The best and most effective way to protect you and your family from getting sick is to limit contact with people who are ill and to practice good hand-washing and respiratory etiquette - this is true for colds, flu, and the coronavirus. Due to the way that coronavirus spreads very easily from person to person, we are asked to take special precautions, called SOCIAL DISTANCING, which helps to slow down the spread of a contagious disease.

If you or your child become ill, please remember to CALL AHEAD to your primary care doctor. They will help you decide if you need to be seen at the clinic or if you can manage the symptoms at home with guidance from your doctor. If you or your child have a high fever and/or are experiencing respiratory symptoms, please notify the clinic or hospital before you show up so that they may take the necessary precautions. If you are having trouble reaching your doctor or primary care practice, you may call your school nurse for guidance.
