3rd Grade

Students will be able to access our Google Classroom. Every day a morning message will appear in their "stream" tab which will explain the plan for the day. Every assignment will be posted in the "classwork" tab. Ms. Cunningham and other service providers are linked into my Google Classroom and they will be posting assignments and useful resources as well.

It will be helpful for you and your child to develop a schedule that works for your family. While assignments will be listed daily, they are open for extra time in case students need it. Paper copies of the math and reading responses were sent home for students if they prefer to write on paper. Please contact me with any questions or if you would like to be invited into the Google Classroom.

Students will receive a daily email with "Mr. K's Plan for the Day." (In their school Gmail Account)

I’d like to have them start each day by waking up and checking their email for the day’s activities. Please help to build this routine right away on day one.

Each day will include two learning blocks.

The first set of activities are to be done before lunch each day.

The second set of activities can be done anytime after lunch and before bed.

Having a consistent structure and building routines will help them to feel more comfortable and will help us get through this period of time.
