What does it mean?
Feeling unsafe means being vulnerable and/or at risk of being hurt by others or oneself.
Feeling unsafe does NOT mean: feeling angry or getting your feelings hurt, not liking what someone else says/how they say it, being challenged/facing disapproval, and/or does not equal feeling strange due to something being new. All of these things are uncomfortable but to do equate to feeling unsafe.
