Welcome to the Boston Latin School Student Mental Health Toolkit!

Maintaining our mental health is an important part of our overall wellbeing and is a big factor in our academic performance. A healthy mind supports effective learning. When we are mentally well, we are able to concentrate better, manage our stress more effectively, and engage more actively in our classes and studies. Positive mental health also helps us to make responsible and safe decisions, sustain our motivation to get work done, and helps us to focus better. 


The BLS clinical team will use this website as a space to share mental health resources with BLS students. The pages on this site are organized by feelings and events that are often a part of the middle and high school experience.
