Services Provided through OLCA

OLCA is your go-to resource for acquiring accommodations for speakers of languages other than English (LOTE) and individuals with communication-related disabilities. 

OLCA provides assistive equipment including CART, simultaneous interpretation equipment, and assistive listening devices that can be reserved by any City of Boston department. 

OLCA does not provide in-house interpretation, translation, or transcription services; however, you can request OLCA funds to acquire accommodations through our affiliated vendors. Use the links below to learn more.
