Liaisons and Specialists

Every Department at the City of Boston has a Language and Communications Access Liaison. Liaisons are here to aid you acquire the appropriate accommodations to meet COB policy. Here are some resources that may help you on your journey as a Liaison with us:

LCA Specialists are Full-time Employees in the Office of Language and Communications Access office, who work with departments to ensure implementation and compliance to the City’s policy and ordinance on Language and Communications Access by providing guidance and support. They work in partnership with your LCA liaison.
