You have confirmed that the the student meets the age requirements for enrollment, and the residence in which the student lives within a parent/guardian is within the boundaries of the Bonita Unified School District, OR
You have confirmed that the student meets the age requirements for enrollment, and enrollment under the Allen Bill (using a work address) for a Bonita Unified school has been approved in writing, OR
You have confirmed that the student meets the age requirements for enrollment, and a transfer permit to attend the school in which you wish to enroll has been approved in writing.
NOTE: THIS PROCESS IS ONLY FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE NEW TO BONITA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT OR WHO ARE ENTERING SCHOOL FOR THE FIRST TIME. CURRENTLY ENROLLED STUDENTS SHOULD NOT USE THIS PROCESS.

Once the online enrollment information has been submitted, you must promptly do the following BEFORE your student can be officially enrolled:
print the document from the online enrollment process
collect copies of immunization records and proof of age
submit all documentation to the school of enrollment either electronically or in person
Such documentation shall include 2 forms of proof of residency (i.e. utility bill, mortgage bill, lease agreement, etc.)
