Students will need money for a late lunch/early dinner
7:50 am - Students arrive at BHS like normal
10:45 am - Depart for Pitt State
12:45 - Arrive and prepare for warm up
1:15 pm - Warm up time
1:45 pm - Performance & clinic
2:30ish pm - Load bus and depart for food/home

2 pm All students arrive (each group watches the other performances)
At 2:30pm 6th grade plays first, 7th grade sits together in the audience and trade places with 6th after they perform. 8th sits as well and trades with 7th after they perform. We respectfully ask that all students and parents stay for the whole concert to experience the full spectrum of our BMS band levels. The concert should be finished by 3:30pm.
If we have a concert on Sunday afternoons, call time is 2pm and performances begin at 2:30pm
If we have to use a week night, call time is 6:30pm and performances begin at 7pm

Get ready and load empty cases and bags on to trailers
9:30 line up in parade block/music warm up
10 am Parade begins. We are entry #15
After parade we put everything away in trailers
Student pick up Est. 10:45am
11am Arrive in uniform at BHS and Eat food provided by Boosters
12pm load and head to Stockton
1pm Arrive and unload at the middle school
2pm parade starts and we wait for our turn.
315ish Finish parade and put uniforms and instruments away (at Hammonds Products parking lot)
(Parents needing to check students out to prepare for the homecoming dance MUST sign our signout sheet)
4pm Awards ceremony
Eat and enjoy booths after ceremony (students bring money)
5:30 Load up and return home.
Arrive at SBU (Behind Pike Auditorium, across from the tennis courts) @ 5:30pm
Dress in uniform and get instrument ready or warmup (first game is new band t-shirt and shorts)
6:15 music warm up
6:40 march over to stadium
6:47 National Anthem/fight song
After pregame we will set instruments down (TBA) and all students will be SuperFans!!
Halftime Show when that time comes
After Halftime we will put instruments away and return to SuperFans
