Academic Leadership Council Program (monthly on either Tues or Wed, 8:15-9:45)
Chairs Meeting with College Dean
Department meetings
Approve EAF’s
Approve budget transfers
Approve travel and expense requests
Review Transfer Equivalency System (TES) requests
Daily Tasks
Approve time.
Biweekly Tasks
Approve human resource transactions for biweekly employees.
Deans/Department Heads make thank you calls to donors; names provided by Development Staff.
Monthly Tasks
Approve P-Cards (paper and online)

Write letters for faculty: grants, awards, etc.
Approve grant applications

Prep meetings, consultations, and workshops held for department Representatives.

Peer review team will be recruited and trained

Program Assessment Reports due in the month of April, by May 1st

Departments submit a brief follow up report of the discussion and summary of actions to be taken.
