The exact process depends on the device and operation system, if you require help to do this, please bring the device to the IT Office.
You will never know who might see your email so, ALWAYS be polite and respectful when sending them.

[Chat]
The use of chat and Rooms feature of Chat are available to students, but with the expectation they are used in a manner that reflects all the schools values.
[Meet]
Students can participate in Google Meets, normally they will use the link provided in the relevant Google Classroom. However a teacher needs to be start those Meets, so if students arrive early and cannot access the Meet then they should try again a few minutes later.
[Key policies]
School accounts are deleted when students leave the school or graduate. The deletion may occur any time after the student has left.
School accounts are for academic use, they should not be used to register non-educational accounts. Emails to/from external non-academic (particularly gaming) sites may be blocked at any time, including those related to passwords resets.
School accounts are monitored.
[PDF's]
Whenever possible when submitting important documents use the PDF format, this is a format that avoids problems with the appearance of the document as you move between computers and operating systems. Unfortunately whilst an excellent format for distributing documents, PDF is a very difficult format to use when editing a document - For that reason we work in other applications and only create pdfs as the final stage before proof reading and submission.
[Search]

How relevant is your source - when was it last published?
